This fully winterized, 3 bedroom, classic cottage has plenty of charm yet offers all new fixtures and appliances.

The cottage sits on a quiet winding road near the end of a private road. The picturesque, viceroy style, front windows offer plenty of natural light and provide a wonderful view out over the lake.

The deck wraps from side entrance around the front and has breathtaking views of the trees and lake.

To the side of the deck is a flat lawn that is great for kids to play and an outdoor fire place against a great big Canadian Shield rock.

The basement is a fully finished recreation room and walks out to a patio overlooking the lake with a hot tub 3 steps from the door. Walk down the steps that lead to a gradual slope along the water's edge where you'll find an extended shallow entry and with soft sand bottom.

The property has 130ft of shoreline and with lots of trees along either side of the property providing great privacy. The dock provides a great place to relax in the sun and from which to dive off for a refreshing swim. Bring your canoe or boat to explore the lake or try your hand at some fishing for Pike, Cat Fish, Bass, Pickerel, Crappie, Splake and Lake Trout.

Inside the cottage you'll find an open kitchen and dining room with the pine family room downstairs. The downstairs is a partially finished lower level providing a separate play area and entertainment centre with large windows and great views.

The property has south western exposure which brings the sun from early morning to about 7 pm the in high season.
